Cadagua, has its Own Prevention Service in the “Concurrent Prevention Service” mode, pursuant to article 21 of Royal Decree 39/1997, on Prevention Services.
Since November 2002 Cadagua is periodically submitting its Health & Safety Service to Regulatory External Audit according to the legal requirements established in the Law 31/1995 on Labour Risk Prevention, successfully meeting the requirements established by the current rules. Crossber Audit, accredited by the competent labour authorities issued the corresponding certificate.
In April 2008 the company obtained the OHSAS 18.001:2007 Certification, issued by SGS ICS Ibérica SA, a company accredited by the labour authority. Renewal followed; on April 8, 2011 as recorded by the certificate with validity until April 8, 2014. This international standard on Safety and Health Management Systems at Work allows organizations to control their business risks and to improve the efficiency in terms of Labour Risks Prevention.
